George Marshall Trulock, a gunsmith, petitioned for a dissolution of his marriage with daisy Isabel Trulock, formerly McKillop, on the grounds of desertion. The marriage took place, said petitioner, at St Barnabas Chursh, Sydey, on December 31, 1898. He had occasion to speak to his wife about her associates, and she subsequently left him. Although her wrote, she refused to return to him. A decree nisi was granted.
