Sarah married Thomas Truelock as a widow in 1794. Two of Sarah's children, Elizabeth Haughton and John Haughton, are from her first marriage.

Died at the house of her son George (Skreen Rectory). She was the wife of the late Thomas Truelock of Symmons Court House Co Dublin.
